Places at any course or conference may be reserved by email but cannot be guaranteed until a payment has been received.
Where bookings are made more than 30 days before the course start date, a deposit of 20% of the course fee will be requested on booking to secure a place. The balance will be due for payment 30 days before the start date of the course.
Where bookings are made 30 days or less before the start date of the course, payment in full is required on receipt of an invoice.
DJH International Tax Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission to the course where the fee has not been paid before the start date.
Substitution of participants may be made at any time without charge.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Those received more than 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded, less a 20% administration charge, or carried forward in full to the next run of the same course or to an alternative course of the participant’s choice.
No refund for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the first day of the conference but may be carried over to the next run of the same course or to an alternative course.
The course or conference fee is fully refundable only if the event is not held as scheduled. Should postponement or a change of date be necessary, every effort will be made to find a date that is suitable for confirmed participants. In the unlikely event that a speaker or tutor is unavailable unexpectedly, a suitable replacement will be found wherever possible. Should this not be possible an alternative date or course will be offered. In the event of any postponement or cancellation, DJH International Tax Ltd. will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants or their employers, such as accommodation and travel.
